What is AutoAI by Accession?
Accession AutoAI is an AI-powered vehicle imaging solution that transforms ordinary dealership photos into studio-quality, branded images in seconds. Our AI automatically removes backgrounds, enhances lighting, applies your custom virtual showroom template, preparing your photos directly for your website, DMS, and all major marketplaces, saving you time, cutting costs, and helping you sell vehicles faster.
How does the software work?
It’s designed to be effortless:
Step 1: Snap Like a Pro
Use your regular mobile camera app to capture images from the every angles of the vehicle.
Step 2: Instant AI Optimization
In 10–15 seconds, our AI removes the background, enhances details, and inserts the vehicle into your custom 2D or 3D showroom design.
Step 3: Export / Publishing
Your optimized images are instantly exported to your computer in image files, or in a spreadsheet formatted and ready for your DMS, your website, and platforms like Donedeal, AutoTrader, eBay Motors, CarGurus, and Facebook Marketplace.
How does the subscription work?
Step 1: Choose Your Plan
- Select the package that best fits your dealership’s size and needs — Independent, Dealer Pro, Dealer Plus, or Lifetime Access.
- Each plan includes a set number of AI-generated vehicle images per month, with options to purchase extra if needed.
Step 2: Submit Your Details
- Fill out the quick enquiry form with your dealership information.
- A member of our team will review your selection and generate a customised invoice for you.
Step 3: Receive Your Invoice
- You’ll get an automated invoice instantly or within one business day, depending on your selected plan.
- Review your invoice and confirm payment via your preferred method.
Step 4: Access Your Dashboard
- Once payment is received, you’ll get login details for your dealership dashboard.
- From here, you can start generating AI vehicle images, manage your inventory, and track usage.
Step 5: Track Your Credits / Usage
- Each plan includes a set number of images per month.
- Your dashboard will show remaining images for the month, plus any overage charges if you exceed the plan limit.
Step 6: Monthly / Annual Renewal
- If you selected a monthly plan, the subscription automatically renews each month.
- If you chose annual billing, your subscription renews yearly with 2 months free automatically applied.
- You can upgrade your plan anytime or purchase additional credits if needed.
Step 7: Support & Updates
- All plans include support: email for Independent, 3D showroom and analytics for higher tiers.
- AI updates are included for Dealer Plus and Lifetime plans, ensuring you always have the latest features.
Why do I need to pay up front?
The reason we charge up front is due to the custom work needed for your personalised booth based off your current branding. Once that is completed, you gain full access, and get to see your finished product images.
How long until my custom booth is made?
We have a turnaround time of 7 days.
Do I have unlimited usage?
All plans come with a generous number of images per month, and the higher-tier plans allow for high-volume usage. “Unlimited” usage isn’t technically possible because image generation relies on AI APIs that have real costs, so we apply a fair use policy to ensure all customers get consistent service.
If you regularly exceed your plan’s included images, additional credits can be purchased, or you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
How fast is the AI processing?
Extremely fast — 10 to 20 seconds per vehicle (10 images).
Dealerships no longer need to wait 12–24 hours for manual editing. With AutoAI, your images are ready to go live immediately, reducing delays and helping you move inventory faster.
Do I need professional photography skills?
Not at all. Accession AutoAI includes built-in AI-guided photography assistance. The app tells you where to stand, what angles to capture, and how to position vehicles for maximum visual appeal. Even staff with no design or photo-editing experience can create images that look dealership-ready and brand-consistent.
How much time can my dealership save?
